Tracey McCabe

President and Chief Executive Officer

Ms. McCabe joined the Funding Corporation in January 2012 as President and CEO. She was previously a Partner with Goldman, Sachs & Co., responsible for the Investment Banking Division’s equity derivatives and convertible origination business and their municipal capital markets business. During her seventeen years at Goldman, Tracey also served as Division Head for the Fixed Income Currency and Commodity Division in Non-Japan Asia and as Managing Director in the firm’s J Aron commodity division where she served as Global Head of Foreign Exchange Corporate Sales. Tracey served as a senior member on Goldman’s committees for Business Practices, Credit Policy, Structured Products, Pan Asian Operations and Pan Asian Diversity. She is an original founder of the Fixed Income Women’s Network. Prior to her time at Goldman, Tracey was employed as a Vice President at Manufacturers Hanover, working in the firm’s foreign exchange and capital markets businesses. Douglas Williams

Managing Director – Administration

Mr. Williams is currently responsible for the Investor Relations, Analytics and Research, Securities Operations, Human Resources and Corporate Accounting Divisions.  Mr. Williams joined the Funding Corporation in 1991, with prior responsibilities of supervising the debt issuance programs.  Mr. Williams is part of the Senior Management Committee, as well as the Retirement Trust Committee.  His 30-year career includes bank risk management, municipal bond trading, and investment portfolio management.  Mr. Williams is a graduate of the University of Missouri. Full Bio

Managing Director - Financial Management Division

Mr. Marsh is responsible for the annual and quarterly financial reporting of the Farm Credit System (System).  In addition, Mr. Marsh is the chairman of the System’s Accounting Standards Work Group and the Systemwide Disclosure Committee.  He also provides the primary support to the System’s Audit Committee.  Prior to joining Farm Credit, Mr. Marsh was a senior audit manager with KPMG Peat Marwick in Denver, Colorado.  Mr. Marsh is a Certified Public Accountant with over ten years of experience in public accounting. Glenn R. Doran

Managing Director - Finance

Mr. Doran has been with the Farm Credit System for 15 years and has served as Managing Director of the Finance Division since 2007. His current responsibilities include the management of all short and long-term debt issuance programs and any associated derivatives activity, as well as the management of the Funding Corporation dealer group. Prior to joining Farm Credit, Mr. Doran held the position of Senior Vice President at Sanwa Securities (USA) Co., L.P., where he was responsible for the marketing, risk management, and distribution of all agency underwritten transactions. He spent the early part of his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he was involved in their mortgage-backed securities trading efforts. Ms. Finnegan joined the Funding Corporation in 2009.  Ms. Finnegan was previously Senior Associate Counsel & Corporate Secretary for the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation in New York City.  Ms. Finnegan is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and the State University of New York at Geneseo.  Full Bio

Mr. Pearson has 26 years of experience in Information Services and has served in his current capacity since 2007. Prior to joining the Funding Corporation in 2001, Mr. Pearson was employed by Vertical Net, Inc. and Merrill Lynch Asset Management.
