Farm Credit Floating Rate Bonds are high credit quality, variable rate bonds issued as needed by the Banks of the Farm Credit System. Typical indexes include LIBOR, SOFR, Prime, T-Bills and Fed Funds. They are generally non-callable and enable investors to better manage the re-investment risk associated with money market instruments. In addition, Farm Credit Floating Rate Bonds offer investors an opportunity to diversify their short-term GSE investments.
